CHALLENGE
Bank of America wanted businesses to recognize a key
differentiator—their industry-leading global expertise—but
the bank’s main client-facing partners were struggling to
keep up with rapidly evolving business challenges, bank
solutions, and industry trends.
SOLUTION
A series that harnesses the bank’s global expertise on
specific subjects to help Relationship Managers (RMs)
confidently step into their role as subject matter
experts. Through a toolkit of resources, it equips them
with timely, actionable insights on key topics that
clients care about like AI, supply chain disruptions, and
Net Zero planning.
• Each topic includes a variety of resources that cater to different learning styles including short-form one-pagers, in-depth blogs, expert Q&A videos, and real-time updates.
• Usage tracking and feedback loops were built into the program to help inform continuous content refinement and relevant topics.
• Designed to evolve with industry shifts, the program ensures RMs stay ahead.
RESULTS
With over 4,400+ page views
and growing adoption on the bank’s internal platform, the
series helped Bank of America redefine sales enablement.
